All information is public record. Hartford Police Department On May 20, Marlan R. Barlett, 73, of Hartford, was served with a criminal summons for theft by unlawful taking. On May 22, Earnest L. Swan, 58, of Truman, Ark., was cited for improper passing. On May 22, Samuel D. Fredell, 55, of Hartford, was arrested on two warrants for tampering with physical evidence and third degree trafficking in a controlled substance. On May 22, Kevin B. Spencer, 45, of Beaver Dam, was cited for reckless driving and failure to produce insurance card. On May 23, Gary N, Benson, 35, of Drakesboro, was arrested on a Muhlenberg County warrant for failure to appear on charges of second degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to or improper start and obstructed vision and/or windshield. On May 24, Angel Garcia, 45, of Owensboro, was cited for operating on a suspended license. On May 30, Mark C. Coots, 53, of Beaver Dam, was cited for speeding 10 mph over the limit. On May 30, Phyllis J. Rosebush, 64, of Cromwell, was cited for no tail lights, expired registration plate and failure to produce insurance card. On June 1, Joshua Daugherty, 32, of Hartford, was cited for expired registration plate, expired operator's license and failure to produce insurance card.  On June 4, Marlan R. Barlett, 73, of Hartford, was cited for speeding 10 mph over the limit. On June 4, Dairl P. Dockery, Jr., 26, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking from a motor vehicle under $500. On June 5, Terry O. Robinson, 52, of Beaver Dam, was arrested on a McLean County warrant for probation revoked and sentence reinstated on the charges of trafficking in marijuana less than 8 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. On June 5, James L. Midkiff, 36, of Beaver Dam, was arrested on a Daviess County warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting) and contempt of court. On June 5, Anthony D. Hamilton, 36, of Owensboro, was cited for speeding, 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. On June 5, John D. Grant, 39, of Centertown, was cited for speeding, 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. On June 3, Charles Thomas, 33, was charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

On June 5, Brian Sutherland, 38, was charged with alcohol intoxication.

On June 5, Chafonda Martinez, 33, was charged with alcohol intoxication, giving office false name and theft of identity of another without consent.

On June 8, Joshua Atkinson, 23, was charged with speeding, 10 over.

On June 11, Chafonda Martinez, 33, was charged with failure to illuminate head lamps, possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle, DUI and giving police officer false name.

On June 9, Tina Stanfield, 47, was charged with failure to produce insurance and expired registration plate.

On June 13, Jennifer Flener, 36, was charged with speeding, 15 over.

On June 13, William T. Danks, 24, was charged with second degree indecent exposure and first degree criminal mischief.

On June 14, Jonah Hembree, 28, was charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

On June 15, Dakota Daugherty, 28, was charged with expired/no registration plate, expired/no registration receipt and failure to produce insurance card.

Ohio County Sheriff's Department

Gilbert R. Stewart, 45, of Beaver Dam, was arrested and charged with second degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Stephen G. Daugherty, 20, of Centertown, was charged with first degree possession of methamphetamine.

William C. Ralph, 52, of Hartford, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Timothy Shemwell, 46, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with intimidating a witness in a legal process and third degree terroristic threatening.

Mark A. Filback II, 23, of Beaver Dam, was charged with fourth degree assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Cristi Rudge, 24, of Owensboro, was arrested on a warrant charging her with first degree wanton endangerment.

Justin Gains, 23, of Hartford, was arrested on a warrant for terroristic threatening.
