A Madisonville man was injured Tuesday after his car was forced off the road while traveling the Western Kentucky Parkway.According to the Ohio County Sheriff's Department, Tuesday evening, around 5:45 p.m., Ohio County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a collision with injuries on the Western Kentucky Parkway at the 69 mile marker. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Timothy Larose of Madisonville. Witnesses state Larose was heading westbound on the WK Parkway when an unidentified vehicle merged into his lane, struck his vehicle and forced it into the median. When Larose's vehicle entered the median, it overturned several times and came to rest in the eastbound lane.Larose received first aid on scene and was transported to a Madisonville hospital for further medical treatment by Ohio County EMS. The eastbound lane of the WK Parkway was shut down for around an hour, so emergency services could clean debris from the roadway.
