A home destroyed a Beaver Dam family's home in the mid-morning hours on Wednesday.
The fire occurred at a home on the 300 block of Goshen Road in Beaver Dam rented by a family of five around 10:30 a.m. A man and one of his children were home at the time, but escaped unharmed.
Firefighters from Beaver Dam and Hartford responded to the fire as well as EMS, Beaver Dam Police and Kentucky Utilities.
