Two injured in accident on Cedar Grove Rd.

Two women were injured yesterday in a one vehicle accident on Cedar Grove Road. According to a press release from the Kentucky State Police, around 5:15 p.m. Friday evening, Kayla Brown, 19, of Hartford, was driving a Chevy Cavalier south on Cedar Grove Road when she dropped off the shoulder of the road. Brown overcorrected, which caused her to lose control, and crossed the road where she struck an earth embankment.  Brown and her passenger, Brittany Reynolds, 19, of Summerville, South Carolina, were transported to the Ohio County Hospital, by Ohio County EMS, where they were treated for minor injuries.
