Beaver Dam Police Department

On April 30, Linda Moss, 62, was charged with menacing.

On April 30, Mable Baker, 58, was charged with menacing and third degree criminal mischief.

On May 4, Eugenie Lopez Perez, 23, was charged with first degree DUI, possession of open container and no operators license.

On May 4, Debra Pharris, 42, was charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).

On May 7, Ricky Carden, 20, was charged no seatbelt.

On May 7, Jessica Goff, 20, was charged with no seatbelt.

On May 7, Zhu Li, 24, was charged no seatbelt.

On May 7, Lucinda Wallace, 49, was charged with expired/no registration plate, no/expired registration receipt and failure to produce insurance card.

On May 8, Tara Embry, 43, was charged with theft-receipt of a stolen credit/debit card.

On May 8, James Midkiff, 36, was charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting), three counts failure to appear and failure to pay.

On May 8, Karen Ferguson, 25, was charged with expired operators license.

On May 9, Logan Carter, 21, was charged with failure to pay fines (warrant served).

On May 9, Jesse Leisure, 24, alcohol intoxication in public place.

On May 9, Jeremiah Fulton, 26, was charged with second degree stalking, harassing communications and third degree trespassing.

On May 11, Cynthia Wallace, 35, theft by deception (cold checks), third degree possession of controlled substance and prescription not in original container.

Hartford Police Department

On April 16, Charles P. Adams, 28, of Hartford, was arrested on an Ohio County bench warrant for menacing. He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 18, Joshua C. Autrey, 24, of Centertown, was arrested and charged with four counts of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and four counts of theft by deception under $500. He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 18, James L. Midkiff, 36, of Beaver Dam, was arrested on a Daviess County bench warrant for theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting). He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 18, Brenda A. Taylor, 61, of Hartford, was arrested on an Ohio County bench warrant for failure to appear on 54 counts of theft by deception under $500. She was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 21, Bridgette N. Bryant, 26, of Hartford, was arrested on an Ohio County bench warrant for failure to appear and pay fines on a fourth degree assault charge. She was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 22, David M. Taylor, 39, of Bowling Green, was arrested on an Ohio County indictment warrant for receiving stolen property under $10,000. He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 23, Brittany N. Bratcher, 27, of Elizabethtown, was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license and served with a Hardin County bench warrant for failure to appear. She was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.

On April 24, Thomas L. Simpson, 32, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with fourth degree assault (domestic). He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center. 

On April 25, Gregory A. McLaughlin Jr., 25, of Reynolds Station, was cited for driving on an expired license.

On April 26, Dakota L. Hayse, 20, of Caneyville, was cited for improper registration plate and no insurance.
